I think by replacing a term like "Executable" with something else you run the
risk that people who actually have UNIX knowledge no longer understand what
the option is for or what it does.
Apart from that, I think you want to describe "the ability/permission to
execute the file as a program". "Is Program" describes "whether the file is a
program". Something that "Is a Program" can be made "Executable" or not, but
if a file isn't a program, there isn't any simple action that I can take to
turn it into a program. (It usually involves a compiler :-)

If/when our mimetypes support Is-Also we can mark the corresponding mimetypes
as being "also application/x-executable" or something like that.
