CSS error in HEAD

Hi,

 After today's update I see that the info:/ is not working. It turned out, 
that the web page is generated, but Konqueror fails to render it. The 
problematic line is:

      <link rel="stylesheet" href="help:common/kde-default.css" 
type="text/css"/>

If I remove this, it's OK. It's also ok if I replace help: with the absolute 
path where the .css file is ($KDEDIR/share/doc/HTML/en/).

Strangely help:/konqueror works (it has <link rel="stylesheet" 
href="help:/common/kde-default.css" type="text/css">), but if I save the 
content of the generated document to a file, and try to load in Konqueror, it 
will not display the help file.
