What do you mean by analysing the javascript? It parses scripts that are 
included directly in a HTML file inside a <SCRIPT> tag, or referenced 
externally by <SCRIPT SRC="...">

If you can tell me more specifically what it is you're trying to do I can 
point you to the right place.
