Site Navigation Bar : Signal for url submission ?

Hi again, 

I have a new question for the site navigation bar.

I use the following line for connecting my toolbar refresh to the refresh of 
the HTML page but it doesn't work when I submit the same page again (pressing 
Enter in the adress bar)

connect( part, SIGNAL( completed() ), this, SLOT( updateSiteNavigationBar() ) 
);

Which signal should I use for a "refresh" of the page ?
