Sync history deletion in konqueror

Hi,

The following configurable patch (on by default) is intended to sync browsing 
history deletion with the location box's own history/completion items 
deletion. This has been a point of contention for many people.  I was even 
asked by a coworker how he can remove completion items as he did not 
understand why the now renamed "Empty Contents" options did not simply remove 
all history, be it browsing or typed (completion) history items.  The 
configurable option is located under Settings->Configure Konqueror->History 
Sidebar and is called:

"Sync browsing history deletion with location box history deletion"
