[PATCH] Wishlist entry 34037

Hello, 

what do you think of this patch as answer to 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34037 
("I would like to Assign A Shortkey To "Stop Animations")?

I noticed three string definitions in khtml_part.cpp: 
QString foo1 = i18n("Show Images");
and the same for start and stop animated images.  
Has this been added to prepare the addition of this 
functionality?
