Don't ask again "for this mimetype"

Two problems:
1) Users don't know what a mimetype is. Better would be
"Do not ask again for <HTML Files>" (the contents of <> being the mimetype's Comment field)
2) AFAIK the text of that label isn't configurable in KMessageBox...
