PATCH for invalid POST warnings in konqueror (BR#55163)

Hi,

The following patches fix the issue with delayed reload/refreshes that 
incorrectly cause the pop-up of a POST warning dialog box in Konqueror.
The problem is evident if you POST a data to a URL and then reload/refresh the 
same URL with a META refresh tag.
