[Patch] #49039: <button name="foo"> rendering very broken in 3.1.x, HEAD

Hi,
the BUTTON element was missing a renderer
that would take it's replaced nature into account.

Attached patch does that.
See attached testcase + screenshot.

P.S: on a related note (i.e FORMS) the LEGEND element is now half broken 
because of the last commit on render_text.cpp that made
xPos()/yPos() on text elements always return zero.
