change cursor over links

hi..

in the Web Browser / Behaviour kcm there is an option to "Change cursor over 
links". this doesn't seem to actually work (though i see the code in khtml 
for it), but besides that is this option even necessary? with the 
introduction of tabs there are a lot more options in that dialog, and 
changing the cursor over links seems like a rather spurious option ... if 
there's no particular reason for it being there besides that it was possible, 
i'd like to remove it...
