kjs_window.cpp usage of konquerorrc

Does it really matter, as long as the kcm module and the kjs_window code
use the same file? What's the problem if this gets written to a different file (than
the rest of the settings), for konq/e? 
At least it'll be a small file to parse, when kjs_window parses it :)
