Ideas for Konqueror?

It makes alot of sense putting tabs down the side of the page rather than 
across the top.. im always finding i have alot of tabs to manage.. and konq 
(3.1.. im currently compiling cvs, where i hear alot of tab improvements have 
been made) dosnt provide much support for more than a few tabs.

also. seeing as screens are wider than they are tall.. it seems a better use 
of space.

is it very difficult to implement as an option?
