context menus

Hi,

When I use konqueror on a web page, right clicking on a context menu does
not pull up options to copy selected text to the clipboard, even though the
option to "select all" is there.  This is horribly inconvenient, as my first
instinct is ALWAYS to right click, and having to go up to the file menu and
select paste breaks the flow of what I'm trying to do.

The referrer tag seems to be broken, also, in HEAD.  The particular site that
shows this is somewhat Not Safe For Work, so please contact me in irc (specsmu)
when I'm around if you would like further info.
