hi....

in the CSS kcm there is an option in the Customize tab labelled "Use same 
color for all text" which sets the SameColor key in the config file. grepping 
through the khtml and konqi sources i could find any reference to SameColor. 
this wasn't a complete surprise since i couldn't seem to see what it did when 
selecting it anyways...

is this option actually used, and if so, where?
