Ok, I added your suggested feature. But, I used
QTextCodec::codecForLocale()->name();

And I added Arabic, Baltic, CentralEuropean, Russian, Ukrainian,
Greek, Hebrew, Turkish and WesternEuropean automatic
detection feature.

Please review.
