P3P

   Is anyone interested in doing P3P support for 3.2?  I have been working on 
this off-and-on for months now.  I have added the necessary support to 
kio_http already, and I also have a parser for the P3P XML files (section 2 
and part of section 3 of the spec) done using QDom.  I don't really have any 
motivation to design the GUI for this configuring this stuff though.  Does 
anyone want to take that part on?
