'View->Use index.html' doesn't synchronize its state with the current tab

Hi all,
See subject.
1. Open one tab and set 'Use index.html'.
2. Switch to another tab and deactivate.
3. Switch back to first tab: 'Use index.html' will be unchecked, though the 
view will still be the index.html (if present, of course).
4. clicking 'Use index.html' will leave it unchecked and correctly deactivate 
the 'Use index.html' mode.

Summary: 'Use index.html' shows the last state it was set to, regardless of 
which tab that was in; the tab contents themselves keep their correct state.

Anyone else?
