konqi preloading is broken in several ways (and unmount bug)

 I expect a similar problem to happen with only reusing turned on. But what do

 I'd be surprised if I hadn't forgotten something here. It's just matter of 
reseting such things in KonqMainWindow::resetWindow(). But in this specific 
case it's actually not my bug: If I type in the location bar 'about:blank', 
the caption will stay too.
