konqi preloading is broken in several ways

The konqi preloading feature load konqueror very very quickly for me, which is 
nice.  Unfortunately it is too dangerous to use.  There are other problems in 
konqi right now that cause freezes or weird behaviour.  if konqi is frozen 
and I try to launch another via a button on kicker, it freezes kicker as 
well.  Even killing kicker and restarting it doesn't help.  Kicker refuses to 
restart.

Also when a new konqi window is opened and it is preloaded, the page might be 
blank but it gets the caption of the last viewed page whichd oesn't make much 
sense.
