Possible CSS rendering bug in konq in 3.1 final

Hello,

It appears to me that konq renders the margin-right: 15px wrong on this page

http://glish.com/css/9.asp

It appears the "rightcontent" part of the page does not honour the 15px right 
margin of the leftcontent part of the page causing an overlap.

i've also seen this problem occur on various other pages that have similar 
layouts.

Does anyone else see what i'm seeing?

I'm using KDE 3.1 from Debian unstable (sid).
