Possible Regression in Text Selecting

In latest cvs head try to select a text with mouse and you will see selected 
text does not get painted but if you check klipper you will see that text is 
indeed selected.

Try to minimize windows , than maximize and text is selected again. I suspect 
this probably happened in 2-3 days ago as I did not have this problem before.
