OBJECT/EMBED applets

Note, all that applet specific code setting the name/id for LiveConnect
can access the document.applets array, would not be necesary if the 'this'
object in KHTMLPart::executeScript would be properly set.

Have you thought about the otherway around, map APPLET to OBJECT (eg make
HTMLAppletElementImpl a specialisation of HTMLObjectElementImpl)? APPLET
being deprecated ...
