Cut, Copy context menu in konqueror

you're right. i don't think there is any other 
way of changing it for one single frame :(

if you use the right click frequently due to non
working autodetection then please vote on whatever
bug it is thats related to this. i'll do so also
if you give me a ref as i'm sick of korean pages
being utterly broken in konqi.
