Cut, Copy context menu in konqueror

well actually. on second thought. you make a point.
certainly if we just show the item "copy" when text
is selected it can't be that bad.

talk about pointless, does *anyone* right click and
change text encoding? thats something that makes no
sense to have imo. in most cases the idea is that
we have working auto encoding detection in any case.

maybe these menus should get a clean up for 3.2 release?
how about during possible usability talks in nove hrady?
