So what is now
RMB > Edit file type > Edit file type dialog
becomes
RMB > Open with > Other > Open with dialog > Edit file type button > Edit file
type dialog
Given the frequency I use this option, I think that's acceptable. The most
important concern is that it's still reachable by rmb.
