auto-hide in khtml

Can we disable this cursor auto-hide in khtml, or at least make it default: 
off configurable: on?   It's really annoying for non-click-focus setups, for 
instance.  It's also annoying for wheel scrolling, especially when the wheel 
is not attached to a mouse (laptop or trackball for instance).

There's quite a difference between MLE (input widget) and KHTML (output 
widget).
