Well this thread has gone quite far already, but basically it looks really
silly and is quite annoying to have web pages open up in such tiny windows in
2560x1024, especially given that the original window was so large in
comparison. The ideal solution is to open the new window in the same size as
the previous window at least. I suspect that may not be so easy to implement
though... or is it? I forget how that code works now.
