juding from the commit logs, it seems to be mostly table layout fixes and 
speed ups. the author(s) will be able to give a diffinitive answer, of

go into the appropriate dir (khtml in this case) and do:

   cvs update -r make_it_cool

when you want to go back to HEAD, do:

  cvs update -A
