nspluginviewer debugging-[PATCH]

Hi,

I worked on some problems in the nspluginviewer.
Basically, I tried to get the javaplugin running.

It turned out that here is at least a problem in kdelibs/khtml/khtml_part.cpp
where javascript cannot be executed under certain circumstances.

Attached are my changes, including a readme with further explanations.
The patches are mainly intended to ease debugging of the nspluginviewer.
An option is added to run the viewer in valgrind.

There is still one problem which is not yet solved: realvideos cannot be 
reloaded.

Whoever is interested in improvements of nspluginviewer, please look at the 
patches and the README and tell me what you think about it.
