You've basically found all of the user-level documentation that KDE
provides.  As it says, to try using webdav on www.yourserver.com, type
"webdav://www.yourserver.com/" into Konqueror.  The same text is available
with KDE's online help.

As for developer documentation, that is in the KDE source,
kdelibs/kioslave/http/README.webdav (or thereabouts).
