Konqueror Rendering of Frames

Hello,

I've just switched to OpenBSD 3.1 release(cdrom), KDE and 
Konqueror from MS Windows XP Pro and Windows 2000. 
My webpage (http://www.mindspring.com/~dfeustel) uses 
frames and worked well under IE, but not yet with Konqueror.

Where can I find documentation on KHTML so that I can 
fix my webpage and make frames work with  Konqueror?
