I'm quite sure you're using the kget integration and one of those boxes comes 
from kget (does the caption give a hint?). Can you make sure you have the 
latest kget and kdelibs installed and running and if it still happens, send 
me your kget configuration? 

I addressed such a bug two (?) weeks ago and can't reproduce this problem 
currently.
