Argh, indeed there was. I had tried to reproduce the bug on my test KDE
account inside Xnest, but unfortunately something isn't quite right there -
Konqi dies almost as soon as it's finished starting.

The big issue here is that Konqueror cannot open files with UTF-8 filenames.
I'll have a look at it tommorow.
