MMB, text copying problems in konqueror

Here's a patch that makes it use the KURIFilters.
(sorry for some noise in the patch, due to other pending hacks - read bottom of patch).

The interesting side effect is that now, when you paste some random text, 
say "hello world", it will open a google search on it (due to the ikws filter).
I thought about disabling it (like in minicli), but after all.... why not? Better
run a search on the pasted text, than print out an error that it can't be opened, no?

One can also paste gg:foo or fm:bar, of course. Or a localdomain hostname,
or obviously a real URL. All in all, it makes the MMB handling consistent with
konqueror's location bar.
