  Ok, also I haven't tested it, but I think this case will still send a 
referrer:

Page has main frame with SSL
     Inside main frame, child frame with a link non-ssl

Click on the link in the child frame -> !ssl_was_in_use

I can't test it at the moment, but is this not the way it works?  Shouldn't we 
not send the referrer in that case?  Or should we?
