No - see my comment about how this change would be incompatible with
khtml's optimization (replacing attribute names with ids when parsing).
It feels wrong to me that element.<Foo> and element.getAttribute('Foo')
don't work the same. That's one IE "bug" I'd like to do without, better keep
our important optimization.
