Install kdeaddons (or kdeaddons/konq-plugins/webarchiver if you're installing
from sources), then "Show Extra Toolbar" in konqueror, to find the "web archiver"
button. That's the interactive way. If you want a non-interactive way (command-line
program), you'll have to develop it, possibly based on the webarchiver code.
The other possibility is to use wget, of course.
But neither wget nor webarchiver use MHTML as far as I know.
