HEAD: Why some flashes don't work and other do ?

Hi!
  In most of sites, flash elements are working properly for me. However, there
are also such ones, where they aren't working at all. One of them is at
http://ms2002.advertures.cz/hokej.swf .
Konqueror simply writes "Unable to load Netscape plugin for http://ms2002.advertures.cz/hokej.swf"
and does nothing. Is it just for me, or is it a general problem ?
