konqueror introduction pages behave different

hi everyone,

i am not sure if this is a bug or not, i can reproduce it the following way:

start konqueror (webbrowser profile with konqueror introduction)
scroll down
click continue
 * first thing i notice: the second (tips)page is already scrolled down
now move the mous outside the konqueror window (to the upper or lower)
 * konqueror starts scrolling in that direction automatically!

thats it
scrolling ends if you click somewhere inside the view (not a link).
i am using cvs of 14.05.2002

can anyone confirm ?
