Check clibboard after pressing CTRL+C if selected text apper in clipboard. In
my case it is working by pressing CTRL+C and also by selecting text by mouse
and selecting Edit->Copy.

It also could be problem with keyboard setup in X or in KDE f.g. some other
action could be accidentaly associated with CTRL+C. Try investigate.

It's hard to say if its make sense or not, but you must select text and then
go to Edit menu and select Copy

Could be problem in HTML code in the part where <FORM> is there is possible to
setup how to move between fields.
