Do you see buttons or radio-buttons on http://www.google.com
or better http://www.google.com/preferences ?
If not, I guess, you updated qt-copy and have the same problem as me
with apparently wrong $QTDIR/plugins/imageformat/*.so libraries or your
library paths which you can set with qtconfig.
Look into the thread in kde-devel 'Konqi doesn't display form elements 
anymore'
