[PATCH] implement updateIcon for konqLogoAction

hi,

i tried to update the animated icon for all my running konquerors from a 
script like this:

dcop konqueror-19455 konqueror-mainwindow#1/action/animated_logo setIcon 
myIconSet

(this works for normal icons but not for the animated one)

this just did nothing. attached patch re-implements konqLogoAction::updateIcon 
from kaction::updateIcon so it works now. i don't know if konqLogoAction has 
to stay BC tho.
