[PATCH] open in new raised tab

Okay, lets vote :)

"Open in raised tab" 
"Open in background tab" and "Open in new tab" (my fave)
"Open in a new tab that will be placed in the background of the other tabs..."

Any other sensible alternatives? ;-)

There's two things I (and several other people) have
requested for tabbing
   shortcut keys (like shift for open in new window - ctrl-shift-lmb)
   warning on close (like konsole)
   "close tab" menu item should be moved to "location" menu (IMHO)
