disabling delete

Dear Friends,

How would i go about disabling delete in Konqueror file manager?

EX: when a user right clicks and Icon and selects disable this can be troublesome for us in our production environment because the user needs to call support then.

I can disable the 'right click' action in most of KDE but i am unable to in Konq - FIle manager

I am unable to track down this functionality in DCOP as  well.

Is there a way to restrict this functionality?
