Only Live connect to Java works. Live connect to ns4 plugins doesn't
because khtml, as mozilla, doesn't support JDK 1.0 + JRE.

If we had a XPCom/XPConnect standalone plugin viewer, they could be
viewable/scriptable in konqueror too.
