Well, I sure don't have a fix. :-))

It seems to me that this new "bug" is much more visible than those fixed by 
this change.

Among broken "sites" are such celebrities as eg. KMail's fancy headers. :-))

It seems to me that many web designers hope that "width: 20%" will be 20% of 
the table width and not 20% of the "width of the table minus those width of 
columns without width specified".
