I did not add that. I simply converted the lineedit, but otherwise I
completely agree with you since it would give the end-user a chance to open
the desitination folder/directory even for very small downloads...

Nope. You can press it while the download is in progress and it opens a new
window with the desitination address for you.

Yes and the "Open File..." option is activated which I really do not care for.
