Hi,

I found an example how KURL behaves wrong. Here are the steps to reproduce
it... (note - the web site is in hebrew, but you don't need to know hebrew in
order to see the problem...

go into the web site: http://www.tapuz.co.il/chat - you'll see a gray table
there with the chat room names. Here's an example chopped screenshot:
http://witch.dyndns.org/stuff/chat-rooms.png

Select a room to enter. now the problem occures..

If you run konqueror and check the output on konsole - you'll see that
konqueror passed the URL with the chat room name as "?????" instead of a UTF
name like MSIE does. you'll be asked in hebrew to put a guest username or a
registered username. don't bother to put something since the chat server
doesn't know what room are you referring to, so you'll get this "login"
screen again...

Thanks,
Hetz
