per-domain settings finished

Hello,

My christmas present for kde: The per-domain settings gui is now finished for 
the Java, JavaScript and plugins modules.

I factored out the common functionality of the domain list view into a general 
widget of its own (DomainListView) which special widgets are derived for 
Java, JavaScript and plugins from. This does not make the process of adding 
another domain list view easier, but greatly eases the introduction of 
features to the general widget lateron.

I didn't post the patches because they are so huge and invasive that I think 
nobody will even look at them. Be assured that I tested the changes 
thoroughly.

The changes are strictly bound to kcontrol. I didn't change a single bit of 
khtml, so there can't be any breakage.
