Konqy reusing and preloading

I have done some test with the CVS version.

* The ps COMMAND does not change.
#	ps aux | grep konqueror
is stuck with the first one
...	kdeinit: konqueror -mimetype text/html http://www.astroteknik.nu
but it was a long time since I opened it... (started by clicking on a link in 
kmail - KDE_3_1_RELEASE CVS BTW)

Will this instance be reused for file: ?
(starting and quitting a home browser does not alter the content in COMMAND)
